Add time of day to Snooze / Reminders (not just date)

Currently the "Add reminder" function only allows a Date to be specified. It needs to also include a time of day, so that reminders / notifications appear at a useful time of day. For example, It is 3:34pm now, and I want a reminder for 7pm tonight. But I can only specify today's date, which is not useful. Thanks! ~MC
