Add tags to Notes

Allow the ability to add tags to a Note so I can keep a collection of noted content about special topics.

For example, I tag an email with a contact "#senior-project-position", or "#Amazon-prime-PM". Then I can review notes and activities relative to my objectives, goals, and interests.
