Add Siri support for creating and transcribing notes

"Hey Siri, write a Dex note for NAME saying that…"

Would be great if it could support all of the following:

• Transcribing note contents

• Assigning a contact to the note

• Assigning multiple contacts to the note

• Assigning a date to the note

• Indicating the note type
