Add multiple tags quickly and easily for a single contact (without the tag window closing each time)

Can there be a selection box option where you can open the liat of available tags, select a bunch of them, then click enter to close the window and embed the tags in the contact. It is very time consuming to add one tag at a time having the window close for each tag selection. Thanks!
