Add Company Field to first view when creating a new contact

When you click to add a new contact, it offers a subset of fields, including Title. It seems strange to add someone's title, but not be able to also immediately add their Company. I know you can click to expand other details (and that you need to limit the fields on the first view), but putting those two together seems to make sense.
