Add 'AND' or 'OR' filters at the Views feature

I am filtering people from my network who work at specific companies, but I don't get everyone because some have it on their professional experiences and some only on the titles. When I try both filters, they are added together with an "AND" operator (requiring both to be true). The option to have an "OR" operator (any can be true) for the filters would be lit.
