Add a control to disable or hide contact AI summaries

The AI-generated summary on a contact isn't always accurate, and right now there is no way to turn it off or hide it.

It would be great to have a control to disable or hide AI summaries — either per contact, or globally in settings — so a contact record only shows relationship context I actually trust. Re-enabling it later should bring the summary back.
