Add a control to disable or hide contact AI summaries

The AI-generated summary on a contact isn't always accurate, and right now there is no way to turn it off or hide it.

It would be great to have a control to disable or hide AI summaries — either per contact, or globally in settings — so a contact record only shows relationship context I actually trust. Re-enabling it later should bring the summary back.

    Raised again by a customer who found the AI summary on a contact blended accurate details with details that were wrong, and wanted a way to switch it off rather than work around it. Their underlying concern was not being able to tell which parts of a contact record are generated and which came from their own synced data.
